We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 1–3 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt to deliver your order again or contact you to arrange another delivery time.

Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Elora Baby is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
